Sabrina’s career started as a youth worker in the late 1990's and focused on Inclusion. Championing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion has always been at the core of her personal, professional and business ethos. In 2015, Sabrina’s daughter was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy at age 12, which required her to give up her teaching career and become her full-time carer. A year later, Sabrina started her own business, D'Rose Development Consultancy Ltd, providing Ethics & Equality training and development services. Sabrina believes in building effective relationships and partnerships to empower and support people, advocating for inclusion and accessibility at every stage.
